Swim Wear . . .

Sawyer decided he wanted to wear the bottom part of my 'skirtini.' He put it on all by himself...I don't think that's how it goes though. ;) Yes, that would be his head in the leg hole. Landon and I had a good laugh.

I got to take my niece's senior pictures this weekend. She was awesome and we got some really great shots. Here's just one or two favs, but there's more on the Harris Photography Blog.

Boys Photoshoot

Both last night and this morning I tried to get a picture of Landon and Sawyer together. I took 50 some odd shots and got one of the two of them that was okay, but still don't love, and a couple funny ones. I'm thinking that the stranger shyness factor helps when taking pictures of toddlers, so that makes it near impossible for me to get Sawyer to sit still. And Landon is in the perma-grin stage, so his smiles end up creepy more often than not. :)

Refinished Ottoman

So, I finally found fabric I liked that I could afford and finally finished recovering my $5.00 storage ottoman. Okay, so after buying supplies, it ended up being a $25.00 ottoman, but still a good deal! It's far from perfect, but I think I did an okay job. :)

And Sawyer likes it, which is a good thing, because we're keeping his toys in it for now.

Amber

I got to take some pictures of Amber the other day. It was fun times and we got several good ones. Here are a couple of my favorites.

Drooling . . .

The other night Nate wanted a treat, so I brought him a little frozen brownie sundae. As soon as I handed it to him Sawyer was glued to Nate's side and Landon planted himself on Nate's feet. Drool was instantaneous. Daddy was nice enough to share. I love the look on Sawyer's face when Landon is getting a bite. When it wasn't Sawyer's turn he sat there and smacked his lips and when he got a bite he made mmmm noises. It was so cute.

Smarty Pants

Sawyer is such a little smarty pants who is constantly getting into trouble. He has figured out that he can use things to stand on when he wants to be higher, whether it's to look out the window or climb up on something. I managed to catch his ingenuity when he wanted to look out the window.
