End of Summer Fun

We celebrated Megan's and Kate's birthdays

with hamburgers, brats, cake and ice cream cones.  

It was a fun little end of summer day.  

The kids had fun playing outside and eating cones and the

grownups had fun taking Ryan's mini bike for a spin.

Nate's sister Megan was kind enough to attempt family photos for us. Even though Sawyer was difficult and neither boy was very excited, I think she had great success (after a few head swaps). Thanks Megan!

Field Trip Anyone?

We took a field trip to the Central Utah Gardens (right by Krispy Kreams in Orem). They have beautiful gardens that feature plants that help you conserve water. So not only did the kids get to run around and play, we got to look at pretty flowers and plants, get ideas for landscaping and occupy the kids for an hour or so on a summer day. Oh, and I got to take some pictures :)






They had these cute little houses with beautiful murals inside that the kids could go in.

Our Sawyer

Nate's mom had kept this awesome outfit from when he was a toddler, so we had to take some pictures of Sawyer in it while it fit him. He's such a little character. :)

I love my sweet Sawyer!

We have raspberries in our backyard and the boys love to pick and eat them. I told him he couldn't have one until he let me take a couple more shots. Here's his mad face. :) Perfect if you ask me! Oh, Sawyer you make life so interesting!
